Overwhelmed with LOVE. As an alumna of UC San Diego’s Kaibigang Pilipino, they are honoring and dedicating this amazing event to me. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to me
and my family to help cover the cost of breast cancer treatment. I am full of love and gratitude to my community.

I remember back in college, I was involved with this awesome student organization that brought Filipino/non-Filipino students together to promote cultural awareness and celebrate our heritage. I was involved in a number of groups and events and spent so much of my time w
ith this organization. What an amazing gift to receive as an alumna… The community has decided to give back to me as a young adult diagnosed with breast cancer. I don’t know who heard or how they heard about my diagnosis, but I am extremely blessed
